Hey Joey,

Yes P90X does have a list of meals. They recommend 5 a day. I personally recommend and eat six. I eat every 2 to 2.5 hours.

The only thing that you will need is a pullup bar and dumbbells or resistance bands. I personally use the soloflex selectechs. They are expensive but perfect for this program as they allow you to change weight very fast and keep up with the video and keeping youur heart rate up. Any other equipment beyond those two things are optional.

When you purchase the program they will send along a nutrition guide. This is exactly what is says a guide. It is very good and effective but you do not have to follow it exactly to get results if you have any knowledge in nutrition.

You will need to eat at least 5 meals if not six a day these will all be small. This will keep your metabolism moving all day. If you eat 6 meals a day and are on a 2000 calories a day diet then each meal obiviously needs to average 333 calories.

Of those 333 calories you will need to make sure you are getting lean proteins, healthy fats, and your carb sources need to come from wheat products.

The book will show you. For a list of healthy foods that you should always be eating look over at the post I put in the recipe section. It has a list of my favorite food staples.

Hope this helps. If you have anything let me know.
