Hello. My name is Aleksandr Petrovykh and I am a senior in high school. To graduate we need to do a project and write a paper. For the paper we need to do a few interviews. My project is on nutrition so I was wondering if you could answer a few questions that I have.

How does poor nutrition affect a Childs ability to learn?

Can poor nutrition leave irreplaceable damage?

What are the needed nutrients for the mind to grow?

You should ask your doctor or local nutritionist these questions as they would be able to provide you with good answers. I would think that poor nutrition could cause health problems. Many kids today are suffering with obesity. Obesity can result in diabetes, cardio problems and other health problems. Many of these health problems are preventable with a healthy diet and exercise. That's why Michelle Obama is running a campaign to combat obesity through exercise and nutrition.
