Welcome to all that is starting the P90X round starting on 12-14-09. Fill free to join in if you have all ready started or will be starting a little later.

I myself will begin my round on the 14th. If you have any questions or need support during you round don't hesitate to ask.

I have currently been off for the last 3 weeks although I have been eating decent I can still see some changes in my body that I am not happy with. I am looking foward to getting this round started.

Currently I am at 197lbs and about 11.5% BF. My goal at the end of this round is to get back down to 10% or less while adding some muscle. I am not to concerned right now about my ending weight as long as I add some muscle. My main goal is to get the BF back down.

So it's Monday morning with one week to go before I start another round of P90X and deicided to go for a little 4 mile run this morning to get ready for next week.

Well I forgot how hard it is to run in the cold weather so I only made it about 2.5 miles. My chest was burning from breathing in the cold air. I will try and get better tomorrow.

Although I am still in pretty good shape from the previous rounds I can def tell a change by taking off the last 3 weeks. It sucks but they well well deserved and enjoyed days off.

Raining here this morning so did go for a run. Instead I decided to do a little Kenpo X from the P90X+. That one is so much fun the time flies by.

Thougt I better do some weight lifting today. Maybe I wont be so sore when I start next week. Going to hit a full body workout today.

So I'm closing in on the end of week 1. Did legs and back this morning and I can already fill it in my legs. I am going to have a hard time gettin up in the morning. I will probably not be able to climb into the deer stand if my legs are too sore. Oh well pain is only weakness leaving the body right?

STill rocking and rolling thru this round. Only managed to hit one hangup thru the holidays. Things so far are going good.

I did get the entry information for the Beachbody end of the year contest for those who were the monthly winners. The grand prize is worth $25,000 so needless to say I am dieting my ass off right now. I have until the end of January to get the pics in so I will wait till the last minute to make sure I am where I want to be.

Currently I am on a precontest bodybuilders diet. It is boring as hell. I can definately see why those bodybuilders gorge themselves after a contest is over.

Day three of this bring diet and I am already sick of it. Got till Jan 31 to stick with it. I hope it is going to be worth it.

Workouts are still going good except for me driving to the gym this morning only to find that the guy that opens in the morning decided to sleep in and noone was there to open. I was pissed got up at 4:45 for nothing.

So today was the first week of weigh in on the new diet. The boring diet as I call it. the results were pretty good. down 4 pounds and about 1/2 to 3/4 a point of body fat.

Could have been better but with traveling and staying pretty busy I didn't get in all the cardio that I wanted. We will see what next week brings. Officailly I have 27 days left until I have to submit pics.

Another great week down with awesome results of the "boring" diet. I lost another 4 lbs for a total of 8 in two weeks. Still have 3 to go so hopefully I can keep this good pace up.

Really blasted my back yesterday on a 45 minute workout. I can feel it today. Diet is still going good. I can visually see a difference but not at my goal yet. Weigh in will be Sunday morning hope it is at least 3 lbs lost. I think it will be.

Well I didn't get the weight lose results I wanted this week but still a good week. Down 2 lbs for a total of 10 in 3 weeks. Still have 2 to go. BF stayed about the same

Well another week down on this diet and I managed to get the bodyfat % just under 10%. I am currently at 191 and have 4 days left before I take my pics. I dont think I am going to hit my goal of 8% but I am giving it hell. Have to see what will happen. Training is still going good. I am continueing to get up every moring and do an hour of cardio first thing then back to the gym in the afternoon for a weight trining session. Keep pushing play everyone.

Well I had to go out of town for two weeks but thankfully enough the hotel had a small gym. i continued to eat well while I was there. When i got back home I had lost 4 lbs and down to 187 and 8% bodyfat. i am pretty excited. Although the contest is over I will continue to drop some body fat. My goal by summertime is 6%.
